HOW DOES IT WORK?
I become your mentor but also help you set, follow-through and execute for outcomes. I can also help you to find the structure you need and overcome blockers. There is no AI involved, this is wholly and completely personal.
The mentor and accountability coaching includes:

Supporting you to chose, size and pace your goals. I hold your vision for you.
REGULAR CHECK-INS
Establish a habit building schedule. Sharing tools, creating a bias towards action.
REPORTING RESULTS
Accountability for specific actions, outcomes, tasks. Monitoring success and challenges to test and learn.
FEEDBACK LOOP
Reflect on progress and adjust goals. Focus on outcomes not actions, working smarter not harder.

This is a service to help you consistently and confidently follow through, to ensure your brand becomes the best version of itself - and you become a smarter marketer whilst doing so. By setting aside time each week to clarify goals, discuss execution and encourage you in your digital marketing strategy delivery you are more likely to get the results you want. I am there to hold your hand as your mentor (professional marketing advice) and accountability coach (your chief support, encourager, facilitator).

This approach is about learning and being productive. It has a clear focus on holding you accountable for the goals and outcomes you want to achieve. It is lightweight but with a bias towards action. Mentoring typically includes only advice and guidance. In this case you get that and so much more.

Email support is included to address any challenges or urgent queries that come up. Equally it also offers continuity in between calls.

There is one weekly call and up to one hour of emails in between. Where necessary/beneficial I will share additional tools and templates to support progress. This is all about continuing to transform your marketing and executing from inside your business for great results.
